The questions worth asking first
Does it post replies without me?
No, and there is no setting that would let it. Drafts are written automatically; publishing is a button you press. An unapproved draft stays a draft for as long as you leave it.
What if the draft is wrong?
Change it, or tell it what to fix and it rewrites. Either way it keeps what you did — that is how it learns your voice, and Settings shows you what it has worked out so you can switch off anything that is not you.
Do you need access to my whole Google account?
No. The permission is limited to reading reviews on the locations you pick and posting replies you approve on those same locations. Not Gmail, Drive, Calendar or Contacts.
What about a reply that upsets someone?
A reply publishes under your restaurant's name once you approve it, so it is your statement — which is exactly why nothing publishes until you have read it.
Can I leave, and take my listings with me?
Disconnect a listing at any time, or email us to delete the account. Replies already published live on Google and Yelp rather than here, so they stay up unless you remove them there.
Do you sell or share anything?
No. Reviews are processed to write your replies and for nothing else. The privacy policy lists every outside service involved and exactly what reaches it.
